At tankinisswim.org we very much value your privacy.  Our privacy is important to us - equally so, we appreciate that yours would be of key importance to you.

Our reputation and future depends on us protecting your privacy and we will never knowingly compromise any personal information you may provide us.  We have utilized whatever means available to us to safeguard your privacy and will, on an ongoing basis, assess and implement any new technologies that will further enhance and protect any details shared with us.

What information do we use to better serve you?

Should you elect to join our E-mail list then you will be divulging personal information.  This information is solely for the purpose of keeping you informed of upcoming or ongoing promotions made available to us through our suppliers and/or other information that we feel may be of interest to you.  At your discretion, you may remove yourself from our E-mail list at any time.  This information will not, at any time, be divulged to any third party unless required to do so by law.  We DO NOT and WILL NOT share, sell, send or lease any information that would uniquely identify you.

On an aggregate basis, that has nothing to do with us, generic information is gathered such as your general location, whether you are a 'Unique' visitor visiting our website for the first time or a repeat visitor.  We have no control over any generic information that is acquired in your every day web usage.

Our role in your shopping experience . . .

Our role is to serve as an intermediary (aka an affiliate) and, ideally introduce you to suppliers that 'have what you're looking for'.  Once you have 'linked' to a site other than 'tankinisswim.org', we are no longer in a position to uphold our Privacy Policy and it will be up to you to review the Privacy Policy of the site you have elected to visit.  We do truly believe that any and all sites that we have endorsed are above scrutiny but we ask you to please err on the side of caution and review the individual Privacy Policies of any supplier's website that you may visit.

Policy Modifications

We have been advised that, as a matter of course, it would be prudent to include a disclaimer stating that we may change this Privacy Policy from time to time so, consider it included!  Not sure why we would but on the off chance we do and you'd like to be updated, drop us an e-mail requesting that you be kept updated!
